Role Overview
Lead large-scale manufacturing engineering initiatives in the industrial and automotive sectors, specializing in material flow automation and digital technology integration such as AI, IoT, and robotics (AMRs). Manage cross-functional global teams and collaborate with clients and partners to deliver manufacturing modernization and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex manufacturing transformations.
- Manage projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Develop manufacturing thought leadership and maintain ecosystem awareness.
- Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams for integrated solutions.
What We Seek
Experienced professionals with 5+ years in manufacturing engineering focused on material flow and automotive/industrial contexts. Strong expertise in automated material delivery, simulations, ergonomic and IT/OT integrations, and vendor management. Additional skills in change management, ERP, and plant control systems are a plus.
