Inside Sales Representative – Automotive Advertising
Join a growing, family-owned company in Austin, TX, as an Inside Sales Representative. This is a contract-to-hire role with an approximate $60,000 annual base plus commission. You will sell advertising solutions directly to automotive dealerships with leads provided to you—no cold calling required! Showcase your strong closing skills, build relationships with dealership decision-makers, and grow your earnings through performance-based commissions.
What You'll Do:
- Sell advertising solutions to automotive dealerships
- Manage company-provided leads from start to close
- Build and maintain relationships with dealership decision-makers
- Overcome objections and negotiate effectively
- Aim for 2–5 new deals per month
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Confident communicator with strong closing skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Automotive or digital media experience is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX
