Assistant Service Manager
Join Kelley Automotive Group as an Assistant Service Manager and play a key role in driving the success of our service department. You will assist the Service Manager in maximizing production, controlling costs, and building customer loyalty while leading a diverse team of service personnel. Ideal candidates have strong supervisory skills, excellent communication, and a passion for automotive service excellence. ASE certification preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate service department staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and departmental procedures
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage work flow, scheduling, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure quality and efficiency in service operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in auto repair; 1 year supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Working Conditions: Active, hands-on role with exposure to automotive service environment hazards.
