Join the Gastonia Parts Plant team as a Maintenance Mechanic responsible for electro-mechanical support. This role suits candidates passionate about process improvements, detail-oriented, and numbers savvy. Lead with Daimler Values: passion, respect, integrity, and discipline.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Troubleshooting Robotic, PLC, and Servo Drive Controls
- Repairing CNC Machining Centers and Automated Manufacturing Systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, air compressors, boiler, and industrial electrical systems
- Setting up AC-DC motors and controls
Qualifications:
- 8 years practical experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Skilled in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Proficient with preventive maintenance and root cause failure analysis
- Hands-on with power tools, measurement instruments, and machinery
Work Location: Gastonia, NC (Onsite, no relocation assistance)
