Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support store operations, enforce policies, schedule and manage team
- Deliver excellent customer service and quality vehicle repairs
- Oversee workflow of technicians and ensure efficient service completion
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years in automotive parts/tire sales or equivalent experience
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds
- Dependable, team-oriented, and quality service-minded
