Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mold initiatives and tooling development
- Optimize processes using data-driven methods
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and improve equipment and processes
- Collaborate internationally with manufacturing sites
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in injection molding and tooling
- Background in scientific molding and CAD/CAE tools
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Preferred:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or Plastics
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, RJG Master Molder
- Experience with automotive connector molding and CAE simulations
