About the Role
Join a global leader in precision metal-fabricated products, primarily serving the automotive sector. As a Plant Operations Manager, you will lead production operations, manage site-wide P&Ls, drive Lean/Continuous Improvement projects, and ensure compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949 certifications.

Your Profile
- 7+ years in manufacturing/plant management with full P&L responsibility
- Experience in press operations or precision manufacturing
- Strong leadership, Lean/CI expertise, and excellent communication skills
- Automotive sector experience and advanced degrees are a plus
