Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of automotive or industrial sales experience, preferably with metal components such as castings, forgings, pistons, liners, and brakes sold directly to OEMs. This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to manage RFQs and program awards, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 35%.
