Job Description
Position Overview As an Offline Mechanic Helper on 2nd Shift, you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production units, assisting line personnel with vehicle electronics, wiring, and engine systems. This interim role leads to full Mechanic classification with demonstrated skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in automotive mechanics or mechatronics is a plus.
- 3-5 years proven experience in service and repair, with electrical expertise.
- Ability to perform alignments, read blueprints, and work under minimal supervision.
