OKCARZ is a flourishing, privately owned automotive dealership group with 8 locations throughout Florida. As a Floor Manager, you'll lead our sales team, manage daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from application through contract closure. Key responsibilities include guiding customers in vehicle sales, prospecting new business, supporting inventory control, coaching sales advisors, and maintaining ethical business practices. Required qualifications include a valid Florida driver’s license, 1 year of sales management experience, and a positive professional attitude.
