About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated Territory/Outside Sales Representative to develop automotive and industrial accounts in the Northern California area. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market leader in automotive refinishing and be part of the company’s continued growth as we expand existing markets.
Territory: Northern California & Northern Nevada
Compensation: $60K - $80K 1st year compensation; additional monthly car allowance & gas reimbursement

Responsibilities
- Present product demonstrations, provide product knowledge, and build customer relationships.
- The position requires extensive driving and some out of town travel (25-50%), mainly for in-person cold calling on automotive & industrial accounts.
Requirements
- In-depth industry training will be provided to the right candidate, but prior outside sales experience is required.
- Outside / Field sales experience
- Closing skill
- Product demonstration experience
- Ability to Travel (25 - 50% out-of-town travel)
- Additional Skills Preferred:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic, ambitious and self-motivated
- Excellent time management skills
- Trade show experience
