Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing).
- 2–8+ years automotive manufacturing or project management experience.
- Skilled in 2D/3D drawing interpretation and structured problem-solving (PDCA, DMAIC).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel and overtime flexibility required.
