Part-Time Automotive Detailer

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join its team as a Part-Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $16.50/hour and is located at 3932 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold, MO 63010.

The role is based in the St. Louis, Missouri area, including Fenton, Arnold, Mehlville and Crestwood, Missouri.

You will wash, clean, sanitize, inspect and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks and vans, ensuring they meet cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exteriors. This might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect the windshield for damage; factory reset or restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect the vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage the vehicle.
• Inspect the vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle, windshield or tire damage; pull the vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors.
• Assist customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of the interior and exteriors of branch locations.
• Site appearance responsibilities include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.

• Thursday: 12:30pm-6:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm
