Parts Shipping/Receiving - Automotive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll manage the flow of automotive parts, from receiving and inspecting to shipping and maintaining accurate inventory. Your efforts will ensure timely delivery to technicians and customers, supporting our parts department's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts
• Process outgoing shipments with proper packaging and labeling
• Stock parts in correct locations
• Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
• Report any issues with shipments
• Coordinate timely delivery with the team
• Handle returns and warranty processing
• Operate material handling equipment if certified
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 6+ months experience in warehouse or automotive parts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive dealership or parts warehouse
• Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight)
• Forklift certification is a plus
