BRAM is looking for a Parts Stock Person for its Lexus & Toyota of Manhattan locations. The Parts Stock Person is responsible for ensuring that all parts inventory and supplies are promptly and properly transported, stocked, displayed, and secured according to company regulations.

• Job type: Full-time
• Shift: 8 hour shift
• Work location: In person

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with customer orders and incoming stock.
• Stock orders accurately and ensure labels are accurate, clear, and visible.
• Verify that all items pulled are the correct part number and in the quantity ordered.
• Prepare and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly packaged and sealed.
• Perform count checks as requested.
• Report damaged or missing products.
• Communicate and collaborate with the manager on inventory and orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Parts Department.
• Report any and all accidents to a manager.
• Follow factory guidelines for warranty parts storage and returns.
• Follow company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license, in good standing.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• Previous parts experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift, lower, and push all sizes of boxes up to and in excess of 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and mobilize through various dealership work areas, sometimes for extended periods.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse people groups.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Parts Stock experience: 1 year (Preferred).
