The role involves creating precise factory patterns for mass production, working closely with the design and production teams. Ideal candidates will have strong pattern design experience, fine motor skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include developing tech packs, garment specifications, sewing instructions, and supervising quality control throughout production.
Requirements:
- Extensive pattern making and grading knowledge
- Experience with fabrics, trims, sewing operations
- Ability to create and modify patterns independently
- Skilled in digital patterning/CAD CAM systems
