Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family and is growing the team. We are looking for experienced, full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Brunswick, NJ area.

Assistant Manager Position
As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, developing skills needed to become a future leader.
Service Manager Position
As a Service Manager, you combine automotive knowledge, customer service, and sales skills to help customers make informed decisions and keep service operations efficient.
Responsibilities
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Support efficient, safe, and effective store operations
- Schedule and coordinate Mechanics and Technicians
- Manage outside orders and service workflow
- Ensure quality and timely completion of customer vehicles
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer experience
Service Manager Responsibilities
- Assist customers with tire selections and automotive service needs
- Recommend undercar repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate workflow of Mechanics and Technicians
- Stage and monitor vehicle repair and maintenance work
- Communicate repair recommendations and services to customers
- Support sales initiatives and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure repairs and services are completed accurately and on time

Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts or tire sales, automotive repair and maintenance, or equivalent education/training/experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
