About the role
Xecutive Recruitment Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume plastics manufacturing plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan. You will own the plant P&L and report to regional leadership, guiding safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across all shifts.
Responsibilities
