Job Description
Lead Manufacturing Operations at Our Automotive Plant
Take charge of day-to-day manufacturing activities, including production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and safety. Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean manufacturing principles to boost operational efficiency. Mentor leadership and plant teams, foster a collaborative and safety-first workplace culture, and manage plant performance with a focus on financial and operational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure success in product launches and business initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related fields, with 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in automotive. Strong skills in lean manufacturing, operational excellence, financial management, and cross-functional leadership.
Benefits: Competitive base salary $140,000 - $175,000 plus annual bonus (~30%), 3 weeks PTO plus holidays, 401k with employer match, and comprehensive BCBS health benefits.
