About the role
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Service Consultant at Napleton's Ellwood City CDJR to act as a liaison between customers and technicians, present repair recommendations, and keep customers informed. In this role, you will write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates, coordinate with service staff, and deliver exceptional service to maintain vehicles in top condition.
Requirements
- Previous advisor experience is a plus but not required.
