Join NVIDIA as a Principal Process Architect in Automotive Software
NVIDIA is pioneering AI and high-performance computing to revolutionize mobility through its DriveOS platform, the backbone of autonomous vehicles and intelligent machines. As a Senior Process Architect, you'll design coherent and scalable systems of work that enable global teams to deliver safety-critical, quality-driven products efficiently. Lead process architecture harmonizing engineering, program management, cybersecurity, and functional safety. Influence and innovate with risk-based frameworks, quality gates, and AI-assisted workflows to minimize risk and maximize impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and govern DriveOS process architecture across multi-disciplinary teams
- Develop risk-based tailoring frameworks and quality-gate criteria
- Translate lifecycle expectations and industry standards into executable workflows
- Collaborate with domain leads to align plans and improve processes
- Drive process automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce rework
- Serve as an authoritative voice for process coherence and technical efficiency
What we seek:
- 15+ years in automotive or safety-critical product development
- Expertise with Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 8800
- Strong systems and software lifecycle knowledge
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience improving engineering workflows with data and AI tools
Preferred:
- Experience with automotive quality-management systems and hardware engineering process models
- Participation in industry standards organizations and working groups
- Proven ability to build AI-assisted controlled workflows for safety and security
