About the role
Production Associates
Location: Lisbon, Maine
Pay & Schedule
- Day Shift: $18.00/hour
- Night Shift: $20.00/hour
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekend work is required as part of the regular production schedule
Responsibilities
- Feed printed materials into machinery according to production requirements
- Collate, sort, count, bundle, and package printed products
- Stack and palletize completed products for shipping
- Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleanup
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Willingness to work weekends as part of the regular production schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Previous manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production experience is helpful but not required
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Perform repetitive production tasks
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
