What You’ll Do:
- Manage all project phases & teams from preconstruction to closeout
- Collaborate with clients and design teams on budgets and scope
- Lead subcontractor selection and negotiations
- Ensure quality, safety, and a fun construction process
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years experience in construction management
- Automotive dealership construction expertise
- Knowledge of OEM programs (Ford, GM, Toyota, etc.)
