Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain IATF 16949 compliance and internal quality standards
- Lead investigations and resolve customer complaints
- Develop control plans, PFMEAs, and manage PPAP submissions
- Apply 8D and 5-Why methodologies for corrective actions
- Use GD&T, CMM, and statistical software for quality decisions
Qualifications:
- BS in relevant technical discipline
- Experience in automotive quality engineering, metal or powder manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO quality systems
- Skilled in root cause analysis and customer quality communication
