Lead the quality management system across 8 manufacturing plants in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Drive compliance with IATF 16949 and deliver innovative, customer-focused quality solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Improve and oversee regional quality management ensuring IATF and ISO standards.
- Lead a dedicated team and mentor plant quality managers.
- Engage with customers to resolve quality concerns and represent NSG in audits.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years automotive quality leadership experience.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and quality tools like APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma.
- Ability to travel extensively across North America.
