- Root cause analysis and customer complaint resolution
- Lead documentation and APQP processes
- Implement continuous improvement and training
- Oversee KPI reporting and executive reviews
Requirements: High school diploma minimum, experience in automotive supplier quality, strong math and communication skills, and hands-on quality expertise.
