Join a Stable Manufacturer as a Quality Manager with Automotive and IATF Expertise
Lead a high-performance quality team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll oversee QMS and IATF 16949 compliance, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the plant quality team daily
- Own QMS & IATF 16949 compliance and auditing
- Manage customer complaints with structured problem-solving
- Drive documentation and APQP process improvements
- Deliver Lean and statistical training for continuous improvement
- Report metrics and lead executive quality reviews
Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum; technical education preferred
- Automotive supplier quality oversight experience
- In-depth IATF 16949 knowledge
- Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
