Quality Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant quality functions and mentor your team
- Oversee IATF 16949 compliance and internal audits
- Manage customer complaints with root cause analysis
- Support technical documentation and APQP process
- Drive continuous training in Lean and CI projects
- Report KPIs and lead executive quality reviews
Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum; technical education preferred
- Automotive supplier quality experience
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
- Proficient in problem solving, blueprint reading, and MS Office
