Quality Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant quality functions and mentor team
- Manage QMS & IATF 16949 compliance and audits
- Investigate quality issues using tools like 8D and 5-Why
- Support APQP processes and technical documentation
- Deliver continuous improvement training and executive-quality reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma; preferably post-secondary technical education
- Automotive supplier quality experience
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949
- Proficiency with root cause analysis and customer communications
- Ability to read blueprints and advanced Excel skills
