Quality Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant quality functions and team development
- Maintain IATF 16949 compliance and QMS controls

- Support APQP and continuous improvement processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership via KPI reporting
Qualifications:
- High school diploma minimum; technical education preferred
- Automotive supplier quality experience
- IATF 16949 knowledge and audits
- Skilled in root cause analysis, formal problem solving, blueprint reading
