- Lead and mentor a high-performance quality team
- Own QMS & IATF 16949 processes and internal audits
- Address customer complaints with root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why)
- Manage APQP process and technical documentation
- Drive Lean training and continuous improvement projects
- Deliver executive metrics and quality reviews
