We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a strong automotive and IATF 16949 background to lead and mentor our quality team in a fast-paced, stable manufacturing environment. You will oversee quality management systems, drive continuous improvement projects, and directly engage with customers to resolve quality issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the plant's quality function.
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949 standards and internal audits.
- Manage customer quality concerns with problem-solving tools like 8D and 5-Why.
- Support APQP processes and continuous quality documentation improvements.
- Foster continuous improvement training in Lean and statistical methods.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on quality strategies and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in automotive supplier quality management.
- Ability to mentor, lead hands-on tasks, and work on the manufacturing floor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
