Quality Manager Position
Join a fast-paced, stable manufacturer as a Quality Manager, leading a team of quality professionals with automotive and IATF expertise. Responsibilities include plant quality leadership, QMS & IATF 16949 management, customer complaint resolution using structured problem solving (8D, 5-Why), technical documentation leadership (APQP, PFMEAs, PPAPs), continuous improvement training, and executive quality metric reporting. This role offers hands-on involvement, mentorship opportunities, and a chance to influence quality operations directly on the manufacturing floor (up to 20%).
