A stable and established manufacturer is looking for a skilled Quality Manager with a strong automotive and IATF 16949 background to lead a quality team. Responsibilities include plant quality leadership, maintaining QMS and IATF compliance, customer issue resolution using problem-solving techniques (8D, 5-Why), overseeing technical documentation (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP), continuous improvement training, and executive reporting. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and prepared to work on the manufacturing floor (~20%).
