Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the plant quality team
- Own and manage IATF 16949 compliance and audits
- Resolve customer quality issues with structured problem-solving
- Develop technical documentation and support APQP
- Promote continuous improvement and staff training
- Report quality metrics and collaborate with senior leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong technical, math, and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in automotive supplier quality and IATF 16949
- Able to communicate clearly at all levels
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-focused
- Ready to be active on the manufacturing floor up to 20% of the time
