- Lead plant quality functions and mentor team members
- Manage QMS & ensure IATF 16949 compliance
- Resolve customer complaints using problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why)
- Oversee APQP process and technical documentation
- Deliver Lean statistical training and support continuous improvement
- Report and review quality metrics with executives

- Automotive supplier quality experience
- Strong technical, math, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Hands-on mentality with up to 20% floor time
