Quality Manager Opportunity
Join a fast-paced, established manufacturer as a Quality Manager with automotive and IATF expertise. Lead a high-performance team, maintain IATF 16949 compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include customer complaint resolution, root cause analysis, APQP process leadership, and executive KPI reporting. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving, effective communication, and hands-on quality involvement (up to 20% on the manufacturing floor). Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum; technical education preferred
- Automotive supplier quality experience
- Strong IATF 16949 knowledge
- Formal problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- IATF Certified Internal Auditor
- Quality certification
- Supervision experience
