Quality Manager - Automotive Experience Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead plant quality function and mentor team
- Manage QMS and IATF 16949 compliance
- Address customer complaints using problem-solving tools
- Oversee APQP process and technical documentation
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement training
- Report KPI metrics and collaborate with senior leadership
Requirements:
- High school diploma minimum; technical education preferred
- Experience in automotive supplier quality
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and root cause analysis
- Strong math, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Skills:
- IATF Certified Internal Auditor
- Quality certification
- Supervisory experience
