Regional Performance Manager - Automotive F&I

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for clients, driving sales and training initiatives
- Develop and deliver impactful F&I training programs
- Attend industry events and represent Safe-Guard
- Support dealership compliance and certification programs
What You Bring:
- 6+ years automotive retail management including F&I experience
- Proven sales and training skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
