Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized training programs to improve F&I sales.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years automotive retail management, 2+ years F&I experience.
- Expertise in menu selling and F&I product suites.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel 75%, company vehicle provided.
