Regional Performance Manager - Automotive F&I

You'll deliver customized training, maximize F&I business growth, and engage in strategic sales initiatives across multiple client locations. What You'll Do:
- Build and lead training programs to boost F&I sales
- Partner with sales teams and industry events
- Develop actionable strategies for dealership success
- Promote compliance and certification across networks
What We Need:
- 6+ years automotive retail management, 2+ specifically in F&I
- Strong menu selling and product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel 75%+ with company car provided
