About the Role: Calling all car care enthusiasts! Cerakote seeks a Professional Outside Sales Specialist in San Diego, CA & surrounding areas to drive sales and increase visibility for our Cerakote auto care products. Act as the face of the brand by managing accounts, maximizing product placement, and building strong relationships through in-person visits, events, and partnerships. Your mission: maximize returns, boost growth, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement and sales through proactive visits and training.
- Build and maintain productive customer relationships.
- Travel using a company vehicle and represent Cerakote at trade shows and events.
- Manage inventory, stock checks, and assist internal teams.
- Use CRM, ERP, and EDI software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Conduct market research for strategic sales planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive detailing and field sales.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Availability for nights and weekends for events.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Highly Desired:
- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience in automotive, home improvement, or consumer goods.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle extended sitting and lifting tasks.
