About the Role

Are you passionate about car care? Cerakote is seeking a Professional Outside Sales Specialist to boost sales and visibility of our automotive care products around San Diego, CA. Represent our brand by managing customer accounts, maximizing product placement, and building strong relationships through visits, events, and partnerships. Drive growth and ensure excellent customer satisfaction in a dynamic, rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively with training and sales support.
• Build and nurture high-quality relationships and leads.
• Travel to customer locations and industry events, representing Cerakote.
• Manage inventory and assist internal sales and operations teams.
• Use CRM and sales software to track and report performance.
• Conduct market research to strategize and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing and outside/field sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online marketplace platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.
• Self-motivated, team-player with event flexibility.
• Must pass drug test.

Preferred

• Knowledge of inventory management, ERP/CRM systems.
• Background in automotive, home improvement, or consumer goods sectors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to handle extended sitting and travel.
• Ability to lift items overhead when needed.
