Resident Engineer – Automotive Tier 1 Supplier

As a Resident Engineer, you will act as the vital link between customers and internal teams, support new product development, coordinate APQP activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
- 3-5+ years automotive engineering experience
- Skilled in APQP, DFMEA, CAD, and product launches
- Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
- Experience with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs highly preferred
