We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager with 8–10 years of semiconductor sales experience supporting automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role focuses on driving design wins, managing long-term automotive programs, and executing account growth strategies. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of automotive system architectures, cost structures, and semiconductor products. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and sourcing teams, managing CRM data, supporting RFQs, and developing business cases. Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and program management skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and cost analysis tools

Preferred Knowledge:

  • ADAS, powertrain, infotainment systems
  • Automotive sourcing and safety standards
  • Competitive BOM teardown analysis
