Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate Feintool’s capabilities and limitations
- Perform application engineering and system feasibility studies
- Manage quotations and follow-ups
- Coordinate feasibility reviews and new program startups
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate internal collaboration
- Organize customer visits and conduct fineblanking seminars
- Represent the company at trade shows and continuing education seminars
- Manage collection activities on delinquent accounts
