Join West Coast Wheel Accessories as a Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ! Earn a $50K–$80K yearly base salary plus uncapped commission while working in-office Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with no weekends. Build relationships, grow a sales territory, and represent one of the largest national distributors of automotive wheel accessories. Ideal candidates have experience with lug nuts, wheel spacers, adapters, or wheel weights and possess a positive, can-do attitude. Enjoy a supportive, fast-moving company culture focused on teamwork and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and expand your sales territory
- Make 32–50 outbound and handle 8–15 inbound customer calls daily
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend products
- Use CRM tools to manage orders and inventory
Requirements:
- Automotive wheel accessories experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and great customer service skills
