Join Our Team as a Sales Representative - Automotive Finishes!
Are you passionate about sales and the automotive industry? We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth by selling Sherwin-Williams Automotive paint and related products. You'll build strong relationships with body shops, production, and fleet shops while leveraging value selling and consultative approaches to customize solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop sales across your territory by targeting new and existing customers.
- Conduct competitive product analyses and deliver product demos.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Manage inventory recommendations and support color verification processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum plus 1 year sales experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Preferred: Experience in paint/coatings, outside sales, CRM use, and a Bachelor’s degree.
Travel approximately 25% of the time.
