This permanent hybrid role based in Dallas, TX (3 days onsite) welcomes H1B candidates and contractors, with relocation assistance available. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for aftermarket manufacturing processes including ticket management, parts, dealer networks, warranties, and customer service lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leveraging Salesforce Automotive, Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds, integrating with ERP systems, and employing Apex, LWC, and MuleSoft. Must have 7-12+ years of Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of manufacturing aftermarket, warranty management, B2B commerce, and field service operations.
