Seasonal Automotive Detailer - Car Washer

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a seasonal Automotive Detailer. The starting rate of pay is $16.50 / hour. This position is located at 5690 NW 167th St. Miami Lakes, FL 33014. This is a seasonal position and cannot exceed 180 days of service. The season will start November 1st and will conclude on April 30th.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, sanitize, inspect, and prepare a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
• Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
• Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
• Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
• Check fluid levels and add as needed
• Check tire condition, pressure and tread depth
• Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle damage
• Pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance including cleaning interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance tasks: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other cleanliness duties

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this position now or in the future
• Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season
• Must have a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as seasonal or regular employee
